  The digital artist has at their disposal several tools not available to the traditional painter. Some of these include: a virtual palette consisting of millions of colors, almost any size canvas or media, the ability to take back mistakes, erasures, pencils, spray cans, brushes, combs, and a variety of 2D and 3D effect tools. Digital painting software give artists a similar environment to a physical painter: a canvas, painting tools, mixing palettes, and a multitude of color options.

• We do not accept negatives or physical photographs.

• What image file format should my photographs be?
  We accept most digital image files but we recommend you to send your picture in .jpeg, .gif, or .tiff formats.

• What kind of images work best?
  The images should be high-resolution. 100 dpi (dots per inch) is a good minimum. Images that are 2 MB (1600 x 1200 pixels) will work fine for most artwork. Other sizes could also work.
• You can check the file size by right clicking on your image, then, click on properties, where the size will be displayed. Images that are 2 meg or higher are great. Images under 2 meg but higher than 0.5 meg are usually workable, depending on what style of artwork you would like and how large you want the final product to be.

- After placing the order, you'll be able to preview sample(s) of your altered photo or Collage proof(s) for your review.
- You will be able to request any changes you would like.
- We will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
- If you can not find an art style that suits your photo, you may cancel the order. 100% money back guarantee!
- Guarantee doesn't apply once your have approved the artwork.
- After submitting the order, we will continue with the process of printing and packaging to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. a) After completing the order, you'll be able to preview (online) sample(s) of your altered photo or Collage proof(s) for your review in 4-5 business days.

   b) You can speed the process by choosing Next Day Preview option.
   If you chose the Next Day Preview option, you'll be able to preview sample(s) of your altered photo or Collage proof(s) within 24 hours.

2. You will be able to request any changes you would like.
   We will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
   Once you approve your artwork, we will continue with the process of printing.
   The printing process takes 5-10 days.
3. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to anywhere in the U.S.

• Shipping prices depend on what product(s) are being ordered
• Deliver times are 10 to 14 business days from when the order is shipped to any international address. Major cities and industrial areas will be a bit faster, rural and non-industrialized areas may be a bit slower (during holiday periods, there may be additional delays due to volume. We are not responsible for such delays).
• Please note that international shipments (outside the US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery.
