  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We go through extreme measures to ensure the finished product is the highest quality.
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. After sending in your image, you'll be able to preview (online) samples of your altered photo. After, you can request any changes to the photo until you are 100% satisfied.
Return & Refund

ArtWork Refund

  • If you can't find an art style that suits your photo, you can cancel the order. 100% money back guarantee!
    You can issue a refund for up to 30 days after the original payment was sent. Guarantee doesn't apply once your have approved the work of art. We cannot make any changes to the order once it has been approved. After you have submitted the order your artwork will be printed.
  • Any additional designs and next day preview fees are not refundable.
  • All our digital paintings reproductions are custom made orders and as such, are fully guaranteed against any material, manufacturing defects or processing error, but please note that they are otherwise neither returnable nor refundable for any other reason. A processing error is defined as a visible defect. Returns due to darkness/brightness, cropping, use of imaging enhancement or typographical errors are not classified as processing errors. Our dedicated artists take great care and devotion in creating the best artwork but each digital painting is uniquely and individually hand-painted to the customer’s size requirements and we therefore, can't stock or re-sell these digital paintings.
  • If after receiving your digital painting you have concerns please contact us we are always keen to make any necessary effort to please our customers.
Original Art (Art Gallery Section) Refund
  • All our original art are fully guaranteed against any material, manufacturing defects or processing error, but please note that they are otherwise not returnable nor refundable for any other reason.
  • If you return an order that was placed using a promotional discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. For example: an item with an original price of $100 is offered at 10% discount if the customer places the order during a certain promotion period. The customer pays $90. If finally the customer returns the product, he/she can only get $90 back, not $100. Also, he/she cannot apply the $10 discount to any new purchase, if the 10% discount promotion is over.
  • Return of the following items will not be accepted:
    • Items shipped to APO/FPO address.
    • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition (including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security deal, shrink wraps for certain products.), is damaged, or is missing parts as a result of customer's fault.
    • The restocking fee can be up to 20% of the value of the order.
 
Shipping and Delivery
  • We deliver to residents in USA using the highest standards of packing, shipping and handling.
  • Besides United States, we ship to 200 countries using FedEx or UPS.
  • Prints will be received approximately 8 –12 business days after your final approval.
  • The customer's billing and shipping information will appear on the order review and confirmation page as well as the invoice/receipt after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring photoARTomation.com receives the complete and correct address information for shipping purposes.
