- What image file format should my photographs be?
We accept most digital image files but we recommend you to send your picture in .jpeg or .tiff formats.

- What kind of images work best?
The images should be high-resolution. 180 dpi (dots per inch) is a good minimum. Images that are 2 MB (1600 x 1200 pixels) will work fine for most artwork. Other sizes could also work.
- You can check the file size by right clicking on your image, then, click on properties, where the size will be displayed. Images that are 2 meg or higher are great. Images under 2 meg but higher than 0.5 meg are usually workable, depending on what style of artwork you would like and how large you want the final product to be.

How big of a file can I send and how do I send it ?
If your photo is up to 5 MB, then upload your photo by email as attachment.
If your photo is more then 5 MB, contact us for assistants.

How are the final works created? |
- The standard process of placing an order consists of two simple steps: Complete your Order and Uploading photo(s).
- You can speed the process by choosing Next Day Preview option.
- After placing the order, you'll be able to preview sample(s) of your altered photo or Collage proof(s) for your review.
- You will be able to request any changes you would like.
- We will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
- If you can not find an art style that suits your photo, you may cancel the order. 100% money back guarantee!
- Guarantee doesn't apply once your have approved the artwork.
- After submitting the order, we will continue with the process of printing and packaging to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.

b) You can speed the process by choosing Next Day Preview option.
If you chose the Next Day Preview option, you'll be able to preview sample(s) of your altered photo or Collage proof(s) within 24 hours.
- You will be able to request any changes you would like.
We will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
Once you approve your artwork, we will continue with the process of printing.
The printing process takes 5-10 days.

- Deliver times are 10 to 14 business days from when the order is shipped to any international address.
